These Terms of Service govern your use of fixmfg.com and any purchase you make from Fix Manufacturing. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Products and pricing

We do our best to display our tools and their details accurately. Prices and availability can change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors and to refuse or cancel any order, including after it has been placed.

Orders and payment

When you place an order you confirm that the payment information you provide is valid and that you are authorized to use it. We do not store your credit card information. It is processed securely through our payment provider and is not retained by Fix Manufacturing.

Warranty

Our standards are uncompromising and we stand behind our tools. If you are less than thrilled with the performance of your Fix tool, contact us at tools@fixmfg.com. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of materials over extended time and use.

If you believe your product has a defect in craftsmanship and you bought it from a retailer, refer to your original receipt and contact that retailer for a warranty evaluation. That is the fastest way to get a refund, credit, or replacement. If you bought directly from Fix Manufacturing, contact us at tools@fixmfg.com.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including logos, product names, designs, text, and images, is the property of Fix Manufacturing and may not be used without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fix Manufacturing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or this site. Our tools are designed for their intended use. Use them responsibly and follow any included instructions and torque specifications.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
