Shipping policy

Orders ship from our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days. During the holiday season, processing can take 3 to 5 business days for in-stock items. Once your order is placed we cannot change it, so check your details before you check out.

We want your gear moving fast. If a shipment runs past the normal processing and transit window, email us at tools@fixmfg.com and we will track it down.

International orders

Your country may charge import fees, customs, duties, or VAT. Those charges are not included in the product price or the shipping cost shown at checkout, and they are the customer's responsibility.

Fix Manufacturing will not refund or replace orders that are abandoned because these fees went unpaid. All international sales are final.
