Our standards are uncompromising, and we stand behind our tools. If for any reason you are less than thrilled with the performance of your tool from Fix Manufacturing, don’t hesitate to contact us at tools@fixmfg.com. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of materials over extended time and use. If you believe your product has a defect in craftsmanship, please refer to your original receipt and contact that retailer for a warranty evaluation. This is the fastest and easiest way to get a refund, credit, or replacement. If you purchased the product directly from Fix Manufacturing, please contact us at tools@fixmfg.com.


Your country may require you to pay import fees, customs, duties and value added taxes (VAT), etc. which is not included in the price and shipping cost listed on our website. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Fix Manufacturing will not replace or offer refunds for orders which are abandoned due to non-payment of taxes and fees required by your country.

Orders leave our warehouse between 1-3 business days, however during the holiday season order processing time may take 3-5 business days for in-stock merchandise. During this processing time, your order is safely packed, and processed for shipment as quickly as possible. Due to our short processing time we will not be able to make any changes once your order has been placed.

We want to ensure that your order is shipped to you as quickly as possible. If you believe that your order has experienced a delay in shipment that exceeds the normal processing and shipment time, please let us know us by email at tools@fixmfg.com

You can return your new and unused tools in the original packaging within 30 days for an exchange or refund. If you would like to return your stuff, please contact tools@fixmfg.com. Fix Manufacturing will provide freight for all exchange items shipped back to the customer at no additional cost.

Fix Manufacturing can only accept returns for items purchased through our store or our website. All other returns should be referred to the retailer from whom your tools were purchased. Processing of returns can take up to 5 business days. Refunds issued to your account can require up to 7 days to post. Fix Manufacturing cannot process returns for customers residing outside of the U.S., and all international sales are final.

We do not collect any personal information unless you have provided it to us voluntarily. We collect and save the following information for you when you place an order with us:

We do NOT store your credit card information. It is used to process your transaction through our payment gateway, and is immediately destroyed for your security. You will need to enter your credit card information on each order placed through our website.


We use your information to process your online order, send e-mail confirming your order, and send an additional e-mail that your order has been shipped. In some cases, we may need to contact you by phone regarding questions with your order. Your information is automatically saved with us and you have the option to sign up to receive e-mail newsletters from us regarding our products, upcoming events, and sales. We will keep a record of your purchases online and product interest to make your online shopping convenient and improve our products and our website.


Fix Manufacturing is concerned about children’s safety online. We have no intention of collecting personal information from customers under the age of thirteen. In any case, if information is collected from a customer known to be under the age of thirteen, it will be deleted from our system. If a customer under thirteen would like to place an order and/or receive a newsletter, we ask that the parent or legal guardian submit their own personal information instead.


We always give you the option to remove your information from our records. If you would like to have your information removed, please contact us. Include your name, email address, and phone number.
