We caught up with Steve Caballero this week at the Vans Combi Pool. We were thumbing through some old images of Cab and this one was noteworthy. Here is what he had to say –

“That was the Raging Waters Ramp in San Jose. We had a high air contest. I was 11ft out, highest I’ve ever been. There were no roll ins back then, so we were doing high airs off of drop-ins. First wall you were about 6ft out, 2nd wall about 8-9ft, and 3rd wall you would send it.”
